THE INLAND SENTINEL
Thursday, May 25, 1882

We stated last week that an effort was made to take the "Skuzzy" up to Boston Bar. The trial had to be abandoned and the boat is tied up above the Suspension Bridge. It is now reported that a boat will be built at Boston Bar and machinery taken out of the "Skuzzy," and, if possible, the hull brought down the river at a favorable stage of the water. Various opinions are expressed about the getting up or down the river, but time will probably settle the question. Experience is the best teacher.
